"Are all purchases final sale? "
Unfortunately, all orders are final. We cannot make any changes or refunds once cases are made and shipped out.
"How long does it take for my order to be shipped? "
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible ! Orders are expected to be shipped out within 1-2 weeks after being received.
"What's the difference between custom and freestyle cases? "
Freestyle cases are cases designed based off your ideas and what you want your case to look like; send any reference photos to junkiess.help@gmail.com
Custom cases are cases I have full control over the entire design, meaning you will not know how your case looks until you receive it.
"How do I place my order ?"
After you've placed your order you must send an email (junkiess.help@gmail.com) or DM(IG:junkiessbylayyy) with your name and order number explaining what you would like your case to look like. Once you've received a confirmation email/response cases should take 3-5 business days to be made then shipped out immediately after being made.
